DIVISION NUMBER: Note each scored race has its own division number (Do not enter 2A,3A,4A,5A) .

1a/2a Boys= Division 2

3a Girls= Division 3

3a Boys= Division 4

4a Girls= Division 5

4a Boys= Division 6

5a Girls= Division 7

5a Boys= Division 8

  • THE WINDOW FOR ROSTER SUBMISSION will be AUG 7-21th at 6pm.
    •  INFORMATION WILL BE SENT to Coaches on August 11th!  (If you do not receive this, please let us know)
    • SUBMITTED ROSTERS WILL BE ATTACHED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.  
      •  Roster submissions will be updated daily starting the week of the race
      •  Please check for any errors and let us know if you find something (it is best to correct it before the event)

    How to Submit your varsity roster
     Coaches' Only
     
    1. Know YOUR School # & Race Division: 
     
    • Attached at the bottom of this page you will find your School # & Race Division # for your boys' and girls' team.
      •  YOU MUST USE THESE CODES TO SUBMIT YOUR VARSITY TEAM ROSTER.
    • Note:
      • Race divisions are different for your boys' and girls' team, as they race in different race divisions
      • Your unique school number is the same for your boys and girls team
      • Double check your School # & Race Division # when entering (it is easy to submit Team # 105 into team #150 and then have your athlete show up on another school's team results.  
    • Important:
      • Worried that you might not have all your runners entered.  Do not go back to enter your runners twice, just contact us!
     
    2. Click on button green "submit roster" button at the top of this web page.
    • This is where you will add your VARSITY runners to your roster.
    • Note: Read directions carefully!  SLOW DOWN & Read directions.
    • IMPORTANT REMINDER
      • 5a, 4a, 3a Schools      ENTER 7 boys and 7 girls  (NO EXTRA RUNNERS OR JV RUNNERS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED)
      • 1a / 2a Schools           ENTER 6 boys and girls  (NO EXTRA RUNNERS OR JV RUNNERS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED)

     EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!

     After you enter your first runner make sure you use the "Click to Add Another Athlete" button to add more runners BEFORE you move to the bottom of the page and fill out the coaches information and click the final "submit your completed roster" button.  See picture below.

    *You may submit girls and boys together or in two separate sessions.

     
     
     
     
    3. CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Once you submit your roster you will receive a confirmation email. 
    • If you do not receive this, you have not submitted your roster
    • YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL JUST HAVE ONE OF YOUR RUNNERS NAMES! Typically your first runner entered
    • Important: Worried that you might not have all your runners entered.  Do not go back and enter your runners twice, just contact us and ask.
     4. ROSTER LIST: We will attach updated team rosters on the bottom of this webpage under the file "2017 Roster List". Please check for mistakes.
     
    5. JV (Open Runners): JV (Open) Runners will NOT be officially timed. Coaches are responsible for timing their own runners, and there is NO registration necessary for JV athletes. Simply have your JV runners report to the start line prior to the posted start time. 
     
    6. CHANGES: If you need to change a runner on your roster after you submit your online roster use the "change form" attached at the bottom of this page. Change forms should be emailed to cmhstrack@gmail.com up until the day before the meet.  Meet day changes,  please hand deliver to the packet pick-up area.

     is attached below.  Check your roster for mistakes such as listing a student under the wrong gender or division number.  Missing a student? Check to see if you entered a wrong school number, they may be listed under another school.
